#147 | Photos / videos from tonight in Athens

See minutes 3’07” and 5’32”, where the “delta force” motorcycle cops run two demonstrators over on purpose.

The photo below is from Thessaloniki, all the rest are from Athens.

Just a quick update, before the next proper post of “O.L.”. So many news – from all over Greece – ongoing clashes in Athens, police raid in University of Salonica, much police violence and many injuries. Unclear situation, most online media are down.

It seems that in the mainstream media police lost control of his bike and accidentally hurt an elderly woman. Looks more like the bikes ricochet at protesters. Well, you can’t expect nothing less from a country where flower pots assault people.

@ “ImayNOTliveFOREVER”: Someone with power has run over the guys and someone other with power has trained him to do so, and someone other with power has ordered him to attack and wound the demonstrators. Someone other with power (minister of public order) tries to give excuses to the cops. I don’t think we can expect any help from anyone with power.

One of the attacked with a motorbike is a woman that had been tortured during the dictatorship (1967-1974). She survived from the fascists, and almost got murdered by the socialists…

How you spell solidarity to greek anarchists in greek letters?

Are you sure you want to use this slogan? Most anarchists in greece to not really identify themselves as “greeks”. The last photo (the burning of the flag) shows their feelings about the greek state and generally the national identity. :) Anyway, i’ll answer:

If you change your mind and want to use “solidarity to the anarchists in greece”, it’s the following:
