From the Greek Streets

Κάλεσμα για συλλογική ενημέρωση από τους δρόμους της Αθήνας και των άλλων πόλεων το φετινό Δεκέμβρη (από το Occupied London).

Από πέρυσι το Δεκέμβρη λειτουργεί στη διεύθυνση http://www.occupiedlondon.org/blog ιστοσελίδα αντιπληροφόρησης στα αγγλικά, για την εξέγερση και όσα την ακολούθησαν. Τις μέρες εκείνες, κείμενα από την ιστοσελίδα μεταφράστηκαν και αναδημοσιεύτηκαν σε πάνω από δέκα γλώσσες, κάτι που μας έκανε να καταλάβουμε την ανάγκη για μια τέτοια άμεση πληροφόρηση από τους δρόμους των ελληνικών πόλεων.

Για τις κοινότητες αγώνα που διαμορφώνουμε και συμμετέχουμε από τον περυσινό Δεκέμβρη και μετά, οφείλουμε και θέλουμε να συνεχίσουμε την αντιπληροφόρηση αυτή και φέτος.

Για το λόγο αυτό καλούμε όποιον/α θέλει να συμβάλλει σ αυτή τη προσπάθεια, να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας στη διεύθυνση report@occupiedlondon.org.

Θα προσπαθήσουμε να δημοσιεύουμε άμεσα ανταποκρίσεις, σχόλια, αναλύσεις κτλ από τους δρόμους της Αθήνας, της Θεσ/κης, της Πάτρας, της Λάρισας, της Κομοτηνής, του Ηρακλείου και όλων των άλλων πόλεων: Ραντεβού στους δρόμους.

Call-out for collective grassroots reporting project from the streets of Athens and all other Greek cities in December (by Occupied London).

Since last December, a blog offering counter-information in English about the revolt in Greece and its legacy has been on-line at http://www.occupiedlondon.org/blog . During last December’s days alone, texts from the website were translated and reposted in more than ten languages – which made us quickly realise the need for such immediate and un-mediated information to come from the Greek cities’ streets.

In the name of the communities of struggle that we create and participate in since last December, we want to continue offering this counter-information project this year round too.

For this reason we call everyone who might be interested in participating in this project (with original reports, translations or else) to contact us at report@occupiedlondon.org .

We will do our best to immediately publish reports, comments and analyses from the streets of Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larisa, Komotini, Heraklion and all other Greek cities.

We’ll see you in the streets.
